Because of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), as of 3/18/2018 at 8:00 a.m., the Community Supervision and Corrections Department serving the Counties of Caldwell, Comal, and Hays will only be communicating with justice involved individuals telephonically.  This is in effect until 4/13/2020, with reevaluation as needed.

Please recognize the emergency and public health nature of this situation and cooperate by not reporting to any of the locations in Lockhart, Luling, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, San Marcos, Dripping Springs, or Kyle.  Please call your supervising officer for questions and further instructions.

BASIC INFORMATION ON COVID - 19

Q: HOW DO I CONTINUE TO REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH MY CONDITIONS OF SUPERVISION?

A: Call your Community Supervision Officer directly. When leaving a message, please indicate the level of urgency of your situation. Due to high volume of calls, please allow time for a response. Abide by and follow all conditions of your supervision.

Q: CAN I CONTINUE TO WORK COMMUNITY SERVICE?

A: Community Service is suspended through the end of May 2020, with reevaluation of further suspension, if needed.

Q: DO I CONTINUE TO PAY MY COURT ORDERED FEES?

A: Yes, follow this link for online payments. http://caldwellcscd.org/index_files/Page364.htm. Money Order/Cashier Check can be mailed.

Q: DO I CONTINUE TO ATTEND COURT ORDERED PROGRAMS AT THE CSCD?

A: Programs are suspended through the end of May 2020, with reevaluation of further suspension, if needed.

Please call the Programs Division at 512-353-8923 for further information concerning Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT). Continue to work your recovery program.
